Kadampa Meditation Centers are major centers, often with a residential community, that offer three study and meditation programs of modern Buddhism- the General Program, Foundation Program and Teacher Training Program.Some are located in rural settings but most are in towns and cities, where many provide classes on Modern Buddhism in commercial spaces, bringing the inner peace of meditation directly into our busy lives.Often located in thriving parts of the city, these commercial spaces offer meditation classes designed to relieve the stress of modern living and help us find inner peace and happiness.
