Empowerment and longevity is the name of the game through simple principals and hacks that a child can undertake.My method of approaching health and wellBEing is as a whole-istic practice that honors the mind, body, spirit and earth.I deep-dive into ancient spiritual practices, quantum healing, functional nutrition, superfoods, fasting, meditation, detoxing and herbalism. I facilitate rest and healing retreats from 1 day to 10 days.At the age of 18 I had an epiphany to live life simply, authentically and in accordance with Natural and Spiritual Law. I immediately, embraced a vegetarian diet and became a devotee of natural health and wellbeing, ancient and indigenous practices. I became a weight-lifter pursuing muscle mass and a practitioner of meditation in search of enlightenment.I am also the product of a spiritual family and the daughter of the school of positive psychology, a term popularized by Dr. Martin Seligman and Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi and an offshoot of clinical psychology.The practice of intentional health is the bedrock of my unshakable enthusiasm and energy for life and I was initiated into the Kemetic Spiritual System in 1996 to further deepen my knowledge. Practicing the teachings. I qualified as a certified coach in 2004, and to date I have coached and trained in excess of 1000 people face to face.I give thanks to my curiosity that allowed me to explore concepts of being the best I could be and remembering that I was 'a child of God'. The intersection of psychology and spirituality has assisted me crafting the life I desired even as I went against the grain of popular thought and mainstream beliefs. It has also assisted me in developing the mind muscles that navigated me through many of life's challenges and overcoming setbacks and traumas.I give thanks to my grandparents and other family members, whose ailments and health challenges motivated me to find a better way to support my body-temple.I acknowledge and give thanks to the divine for guiding me at a young age to explore plant-based nutrition, superfoods, meditation, yoga, weight training and alternative health practices.
