I began my career in the health and wellness industry in 2012. At the time, I was working in Leeds as a children’s fashion designer. I had been suffering from an eating disorder for many years and the industry I worked in wasn’t making me any better. As a result, I had numerous health problems and I knew something had to change.Group fitness was a huge part of my life and any spare opportunity I had, I would find a class to go to as a means to escape. I wanted to be the person stood at the front, teaching and inspiring others to feel good. I decided to retrain and finally took the plunge to leave the fashion industry. This was a huge career change but I knew that it was what I wanted to do, I needed a job which had purpose.I have never looked back and I feel lucky that I get to call this work. My heart and soul lies within helping people to heal from whatever life throws their way. Health and fitness goes way beyond the physical and it was through tragic events in my life that led me to Yoga. In 2019 I graduated from 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training so I could help others who are suffering.I love the variety that my job can bring, having taught in some incredible locations and meeting so many people from all walks of life. From studios to private parties and corporate events, schools and colleges to 121 sessions, let me help you to feel your best!
