My name is Lucie Prazska and I am yoga teacher and the founder of Sun Bliss Yoga.I am a Vancouver-based yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha and yin yoga classes.Like many others, my introduction to yoga began with the physical practice of yoga, the asanas (poses). Yoga not only improved my balance, strength and flexibility but also taught me the tools to calm my mind. That's when I began studying and practicing the other limbs of yoga.I graduated from 200h Vinyasa & Hatha yoga teacher training in 2021. In the beginning of this year I travelled to India to complete 300h in Bhakti Vinyasa & Yin yoga teacher training. I studied with great teachers like Kino MacGregor, Raghunath Cappo and Cindy Lunsford.Fast forward five years and I continue to practice and share my passion and knowledge of yoga. I would love everyone to experience the benefits of this ancient practice.When I am not on my mat, I can be found at the beach, rock climbing or hiking in the mountains. I love to connect with nature, travel the world and study yoga and Ayurveda.
