She now guides sensitive + high achieving people to move from the stress and overwhelm of their minds to calm grounding in their body through heart-centered breathwork + embodiment coaching and nervous system regulation practices..Charmaine’s work is grounded in the belief that when we restore this connection to our breath, we unlock our inner power and create the conditions for optimal health, true presence, authenticity and thriving - essential elements for living our best life.For the last few years, Charmaine has made her home in Fergus, Ontario with her partner and beloved tiny dogs.
