My clients weren’t just struggling with discipline; they were battling limiting beliefs, unresolved trauma, and subconscious patterns shaping their lives. And I was no different.That realization set me on a relentless journey of self-discovery. Over the next four years, I immersed myself in deep healing, learning from psychologists, healers, shamans, and world-class mentors. I explored breathwork, meditation, sound healing, EMDR, neurofeedback, and brainwave entrainment. I uncovered childhood wounds and subconscious beliefs that had controlled my reality. And slowly, I rewired my mind, healed my nervous system, and rebuilt my life from the inside out.As I transitioned into working at a higher level with clients, I had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most respected pioneers in the field—Wim Hof, Dr. Espen, and NOA|AON. I was immersed in their transformational methodologies, facilitating powerful experiences in large-scale events, working with hundreds of participants at a time. Through this, I gained firsthand insight into the profound impact of breathwork, movement, and energy work in unlocking deep healing and change.What I learned was undeniable: healing doesn’t come from waiting for someone else to fix you.
