Welcome darling one, my name is Sarah. I am the founder of LIBRA LOUNGE, the house where skin meets soul. LIBRA LOUNGE is a safe space based in Hove offering bespoke Reiki infused facials, massage, sound & energy healing.I have a background in beauty therapy, massage, Reiki, Sound Healing & nutrition having spent the last 10 years as a private chef, teaching cooking classes, catering to yoga and wellness retreats & sharing the virtues of food, ferments, plants & herbs as medicine.I am also a qualified Women's Circle facilitater. In circle we explore community, connection and the innate wisdom we each hold as women. The threads we weave when we sit together build a rich & colourful tapestry we can all draw from!Having spent the last 17+years in the health and wellness industry I offer a holistic approach to life and living!You can find me spending time in the vegetable patch with my husband and dog, looking for mushrooms in the forest, fermenting funky foods or treating clients in my beautiful wellness studio in Hove. I am in the process of creating a wellness studio in Worthing which will soon be open to receive you!
