I am a qualified Mindfulness Teacher, Yoga Teacher and Sound Bath Facilitator. My interest in mindfulness was inspired by my own life experiences and challenges - witnessing first hand how mindfulness helped me tune into my own resources and navigate life more skillfully. For me, it is the turning toward the unwanted where we can harness our own innate wisdom to support our life journey.Passionate about what I do, I offer regular sound bath meditation sessions where I fuse my mindfulness teacher skills with sound waves and vibrations to nourish the body, mind and soul.
