Ancient Eastern Healing practices such as acupuncture, Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine focus on the vital importance of balancing and unblocking energy pathways, otherwise known as meridians or nadis, to maintain optimum health and well-being.I work with your body using a variety of body-based therapeutic practices to help you release the past, bringing your nervous system into regulation whilst allowing the body to heal and restore balance and deep inner peace. I have been following a shamanic path since my teens, and I have studied with the Sacred Trust, the Power Path School and Sandra Ingerman. I have been very lucky to spend time in the Amazon rainforest with the indigenous locals learning about their relationship and medicinal uses with the plants and trees.I am deeply passionate about the healing and transformational power of sound, which is particularly needed at this transitional time on our planet. I trained at The College of Sound Healing, where I am an accredited member, and I work with 432hz crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, along with the gong. I have also trained with sound healing pioneers Jonathan Goldman and Jill Purce. I heal through sound on a one-to-one basis, and also in groups for sound baths and events for all ages.
