As my life unfolded within the rich and wild surroundings of the majestic Canadian Rockies, it became evident that the essence of my medicine, soul-work and practices are deeply rooted in my union with Mother Earth and the Cosmos.Guided by my own healing journey and leadership from powerful mentors, I strive to embody and teach heart-centered transformation in all that I do. I am dedicated to assisting individuals on their path while honoring their innate wisdom within.
