Some of Debra Lovemore Clients have graced: the Toastmasters Stage, MOTH Stage, Hard Rock Cafe Stage, House of Blues Stage, Broadway Stage, America's Got Talent Stage, The Voice, the SXSW Stage, the TED Stage, have been in Hollywood Films and some of her clients are now You Tube Sensations.Some of Debra's Clients include: The Activation, Anti Defamation League, the Apollinaire Theatre, B & S Fitness, The Enterprise Center, The Mary Baker Eddy Library, Merry Fox Realty, S.C.O.R.E., Smolak Farms, Nutre Meal Plans, Polka Dog Bakery, Think Human & The Wang Center for the Performing Arts.Early on in her career Debra Lovemore performed as a storyteller and historical character reen-ACT-or in original, research based, one-woman shows for schools, houses of worship, libraries and businesses.She was trained by and performed with 3 different Improv Companies. In addition, Debra attended a Meisner Acting Conservatory and acted in theatre productions with a Meisner acting ensemble as well as many other Boston based theater productions, as well.Debra's career evolved and she became the top acting, storytelling and creative writing trainer for the one of the largest theaters in Boston, MA: The Wang Center for the Performing Arts. During her tenure at the Wang, Debra received a cutting edge & high calibre education on best teaching practices from Harvard University, MIT, Columbia University, the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the Library Institute of the US.While simultaneously running her own acting studio: A Quest Actors Studio she also simultaneously went on to become a television host to a home audience of 2.5 million on MyTV New England. As a result of her work and dedication to her students, Debra was nominated Best Acting and Media Coach in the US by the National Digital Film Academy.As a fun challenge, Debra competed in Toastmasters, MOTH & Storytelling Competitions and she either won or placed high in those competitions. In addition, she was the president of a North of Boston, MA Toastmasters Group, and she also mentored a fledging Corporate Toastmasters Group, as well.Driven with a passion to serve her clients, Debra has over 3 decades of education, experience, credentials, certifications and expertise from several disciplines. She also has a BA in Communication and Creative Expression from Lesley University. She is a Psychology of Mind Certified Life Coach & a Certified Art Therapy Practitioner, but most importantly she celebrates over 30 years of client success stories.Debra fell head over heels in love with TED Talks over a decade ago and felt inspired to utilise all of her gifts, talents and skill to help as many professionals as possible to get on the TED Stage and other major public speaking venues, as well. Vies a Vie, she launched the PRESENT to PROSPER Studio with the focus of training folks on the art of public speaking specifically following the TED 10 CommandmentsDebra wants to leave a legacy of love behind, but most importantly she is on a mission to have a positive impact on the world. Debra has a conviction that by helping as many individuals as possible to get on the TED Stage she will for-fill her life's calling. By doing so she knows that exponentially the numbers of lives she can touch in a positive way automatically increases.On a more personal note: Ms Lovemore adores the spoken word as an art-form and has successfully performed in the acting and public speaking worlds for decades, but she considers storytelling to be the center of that solar system. (NOTE: Storytelling is one of the TED 10 Commandments.) She sees herself as an adventurous Renaissance woman, lover of the sea and she constantly geeks out on neuroscience.During the summer, Debra Lovemore peacefully lives on a boat entitled: Sea Goddess hailing from Boston, MA. Her constant companion and fluffer-nutter of a dog is named: MyObi.Debra has volunteered her time on humanitarian trips to Africa since she was 22 years old and she is grateful to say that she still humbly carries the wisdom gained from the wise tribal elders she had the honour of studying under while she lived in Kenya and Senegal.Come on this TED Talk journey with me.
