How to apply (Important, read first)

1. Sign up to pitch by selecting 'Entry Pass' and then tapping on 'Join Event' on this page. 
   (Ensure that you have registered for PJ Startup Festival, if you have not gotten your tickets, you can register here)
2. Ensure you fill up the form completely with the correct stage of your startup and the link to your pitch deck. 
3. A ticket + QR code will be sent to you immediately after registering via email & WhatsApp. Please present this at the Investor Pitching registration counter on the day of the event.

Important Details:

• Only ONE registration per startup/venture/company 
• A maximum of 2 people per company can be present during the pitching session.
• Please come prepared with your pitch decks & business cards on the day.
• There are no power outlets available at the pitching area. Please ensure that your laptops/tablets have sufficient battery before presenting.
• We will be having two sessions with different VC panels, so we highly encourage you to sign up for both the sessions.
• All the sign ups will be vetted thoroughly and the chosen applicants will be matched with respective VCs, we will do our best to match you with the preferred VCs. 
• Pitching slots for the chosen startups are allocated and informed prior to the event day.
• Each startup will be allocated 10 minutes of time to pitch to investors.  (We recommend a 5 mins pitch and 5 mins for Q&A). 
• If you're unable to meet your desired investor on the day, do not worry — we will forward your pitch decks to them and they will be in contact with you if they are keen to know more about your startup.
