Looking to raise funds or connect with investors?
This is your chance to meet VCs in focused, one-on-one speed pitching sessions. We’ve invited a curated group of investors to be part of this exclusive experience.

📝 How to Apply (Read First)

• Choose your ticket based on your availability:
   • Saturday Slot
   • Sunday Slot
   • All Access (Both Days) — Highly encouraged, as both days feature different investor panels.

• Fill in the registration form completely, including:
   • The correct stage of your startup
   • A shareable Google Drive link to your pitch deck

• Once registered, you'll receive a ticket + QR code via email and WhatsApp.
   Please present this at the Investor Pitching registration counter on event day.

📌 Important Details

👉🏼Only ONE registration per startup/company is allowed.
👉🏼Max 2 representatives from each startup may attend the session.
👉🏼Please bring your pitch deck (printed or on device) and business cards.
👉🏼No power outlets will be available at the pitching area — ensure your laptop/tablet is fully charged.
👉🏼Each pitching slot is 15 minutes:
 • 10 minutes to pitch
 • 5 minutes to wrap up (We suggest 5 mins pitch + 5 mins Q&A)
 • The number of slots allocated to you and the timing will be shared before the event day
👉🏼All registrations will go through a vetting process.
👉🏼Selected startups will be matched to relevant VCs, and slot timing will be shared before the event.
👉🏼There will be two separate VC panels (Saturday & Sunday).We highly recommend signing up for both days to increase your chances of meaningful matches.
👉🏼If you are not matched with a specific VC on the day, don't worry — your pitch deck will still be shared with investors in our extended VC/LP network who may contact you directly if interested.
