I am Clare and I startedThe Lotus Lifeto assist those of us who need support navigating our way through our own growth, healing or spiritual journey. To help you find the right tools to manage your energy, to recognise when you are feeling out of balance and what to do when you feel that way. Bringing together my passion for yoga and healing my workshops aim to take you a step further than just the practice of yoga postures to find the core essence of yoga and energy healing.Energy never lies,The Lotus Lifebrings you the tools to manage your own energy and healing. This Chakra Energy Series of Workshops for 2023 is designed to bring Yoga together with different types of energy healing for you to experience. Each workshop is designed to support specific chakras, starting with the Root, moving to the Sacral and Solar Plexus, then Heart and Throat, and finally the Third Eye and Crown. At each workshop you will learn about the chakras and have a yoga session themed to support that specific area. There will be a full yoga session for all levels including breath work (pranayama) and meditation. Each yoga session will be accompanied by another supportive form of energy healing. The Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus workshops will be followed by a Sound Bath with Gong sand Crystal Healing bowls. The Heart and Throat workshop will be followed by "All Love Sekhem" a spiritual heart initiation and soul healing. The final workshop for the Third Eye and Crown will be preceded by a Qi Gong session, mindful movement to optimize the energy within the mind, body and spirit. When you take the whole series you will have the knowledge to manage your own energy and well being and access to renowned healers and teachers.
