The Light Therapist offers 'Mindful Somatic Yoga Classes', Yoga Therapy 1 to 1 Sessions, Breathwork Workshops and Retreats.About the Facilitator:Amanda is a trauma informed Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, having graduated from training with Integrative Breath which is one of less than 30 training schools to be accredited by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.Amanda has worked for the Emergency Services, in Primary Care and is currently studying for a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She holds Level 3 Diploma in Counselling and is a qualified Yoga Therapist with Yoga Campus, London.Amanda is fully DBS checked and insured and holds space gently, safely and compassionately respecting your upmost privacy.
