Originally from Sussex. Melanie has spent the last 20 years living and working in London. With over 15 years experience in the spa industry. A dedication to yoga and its lifestyle led Melanie to train in 2014 with Frog Lotus yoga in Spain as Vinyasa flow instructor alongside her holistic therapy career. She has taught and teaches yoga at various centres in Manchester. In furthering her development she has also completed a course in Thai Yoga Massage , Yin yoga , Menopause Yoga and children's yoga and has gained experience working abroad at retreat centres as well as holding her own reguar yoga workshops in London/Sussex and Manchester.Melanie’s classes are holistic and creative in style, compassionate , mindful and nurturing in feel and encompass her optimistic, vibrant yet peaceful personality.  Her speciality is Yin Yoga.
