I’m Karley, a certified Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist & Astrology enthusiast.  I'm based in beautiful beachy Bournemouth, on the South Coast of the UK.I was raised on a diet of holistic living with spiritual practices weaved into everyday life.  I discovered Yoga through the pathway of Asana (movement) as many of us do, and soon learned that the fundamentals of Yogic Philosophy resonated deeply.Having practised Yoga Asana for over 10 years (in part to soothe my stiff runner's body), I embarked on a 200hr YTT in India in 2019.  Since then, I've hosted countless sessions and retreats in local studios, gyms, creative spaces, hospitality venues, workplaces and on the beach... the list goes on!Fast forward to 2022, when I attained an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy, Simha Yoga & Massage has bloomed into a wellness offering incorporating multiple modes of healing... with more to come!
