Hello! I’m Natalie, a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate and trauma-informed yoga teacher. I blend therapeutic movement, verbal processing, and meaning making to create spaces for healing and growth.I have found that yoga gave me tools to manage stress and anxiety and increased my window of tolerance for doing hard things. I believe yoga helps us to experience the present moment, make choices from a place of agency, take effective action, and feel connected to our bodies, our breath, and other people. I’m passionate about sharing yoga’s timeless healing power with others.In my work as a therapist and yoga teacher, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients can explore their inner worlds, connect with their bodies, and build meaningful relationships. By integrating the principles of therapy and yoga, I aim to empower others to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, self-compassion, and a sense of empowerment.
