For over two decades, I have supported thousands of my colleagues in their development through team and 1:1 coaching, workshops and speaking engagements as a Human Resources Leader and Organizational Psychologist.With expertise in performance, individual & team development, inclusion and change, I witnessed why many of us have a hard time making sustained change; we filter ourselves at work and with family & friends. Some filtering is necessary to be effective and pleasant to be around! But when we filter our blocks, those blocks remain hidden and unexamined, keeping us stuck.Through 1:1 coaching, I provide the privacy, confidentiality and space for clients to explore "below the surface" to gain awareness and acceptance of the patterns that may be holding them back and then to take action based on this insight!NOTE: Coaching is not therapy.
