Speaker Profile

Yang Yang Zhang is the Chief Innovation Officer for Xendit. Throughout her career, Yang Yang has lent a lifelong passion for disruptive technology and social impact to building innovative products. Having taught herself to code at the age of 5, she continued her interest in computer science, attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) at age 15.

After co-founding a mobile app startup in Silicon Valley, Yang Yang became CMO of a publicly traded environmental tech company, reshaping its product portfolio for global expansion while collaborating on humanitarian initiatives with the UN Sustainable Development Goals Committee.

Her life experiences have motivated her to build up her career and realise her dream - to build a brand new digital payment infrastructure for South East Asian through Xendit.
