M. White in 1904. She was a Jacksonville icon, a. Black woman who was an advocate for Veterans, orphans and the homeless population in Jacksonville.The Clara White Mission has evolved into a full service social welfare institution under the leadership of Ju'Coby Pittman. We are focsd on feeding, housing and training people so that they can have a second chance at life. We believe food for today, skills for life.
