Hi, I'm Nastacia.For years I hid who I was because I was told I wastoo much,too emotional,weird,"a lot",loud, etc. Sound familiar? Well, it's the biggest lie they ever told us,just because they were too small.No more. So now, it's my mission to stand up to these narratives and hold anyone's hand who wants to join me.My spaces incorporate a mixture ofauthentic relating practices,embodiment,movementandsoundto bringpeace, love and belongingback to the body andvulnerability and authenticityback to our relationships. I believe in the transformation power of "me too" and in being seen for ALL that you are (even the scary bits). The spaces I hold include, but are not limited to:The "I AM" Women's Circle series where we focus on unlearning generational and society narratives that keep us playing small and unable to love ourselves.DAWN: The weekly ONLINE Women's Circle for Busy HK Women.Grace: ONLINE Women's Circles for mothers and daughters who are disconnected not only emotionally from each other, but physically too.SLOW Dating for Mindful HumansAuthentic Relating for CouplesI am forever a co-creator in the space and approach each session with childish curiosity and playfulness. I always excited to learn new things.I also run the social media for @sistersincircle.hk as well as the WhatsApp community (of the same name) for women's events in Hong Kong. Sisters In Circle is all about bringing women and facilitators together and shining light on ALL Hong Kong women's event, whether they are mine or not.
