He is fully insured, Access NI cleared, trained in child protection and safeguarding, and a certified strength and conditioning coach. His well-rounded qualifications reflect his commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment where children and young people can thrive.Sean’s coaching philosophy is built on three core pillars: physical fitness, technical skills, and mindset development.
