We are a yoga studio and wellness center located in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood. Our mission is to create a neighborhood sanctuary for yoga and healing arts so that we may better access peace in our everyday lives.We offer an array of studio yoga classes, in person and online, as well as special events involving sound bath, sound healing, restorative yoga, healing touch, yoga nidra (guided relaxation meditation), solstice and equinox celebrations, park yoga, menopause yoga, mindfulness meditations, and an array of other new and exciting events and modalities each season. We also offer individual healing arts, such as Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and private yoga lessons.
