Jose R. Campos earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law in 2012.Dedicated to both professional excellence and community impact, Mr. Campos actively supports his community and continuously seeks personal growth. He has completed the Richmond Marathon and the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C., to raise funds for nonprofit organizations. An avid athlete, he has also completed an Olympic triathlon and regularly participates in mud obstacle races.A passionate traveler, Mr. Campos has explored 18 countries and 38 U.S. states. His contributions to the legal field and the Hispanic community have earned him numerous awards and recognitions, including Leadership in Law Generation J.D. from Maryland’s The Daily Record, El Tiempo Latino’s 100 Most Influential People for the Hispanic Community, and The Rising Star designation from Super Lawyers.Committed to supporting aspiring professionals, Mr. Campos founded The Philemon Foundation Inc., a nonprofit providing free housing for graduate students facing life challenges. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and several other legal associations.
