The forum is part of a nationwide network of nine fora overseen by the Department of Education & Skills.As we approach full employment the challenge for employers is both retaining and attracting new talent in a competitive labour market. Talent development strategies are now a core part of companies corporate strategies.By linking employers with education and training providers and facilitating industry discussions on future skill needs we can ensure that both current and future generations of talent have the necessary skills to meet changing job tasks.
