Founded and based in New York City, theAssociation of Dominican Classical Artists, Inc. (ADCA)is a non-profit 501(c)(3) performing arts organization dedicated to promoting classical music; its composers and interpreters from the Dominican Republic and Latin America. As a resident company at Aaron Davis Hall, ADCA brings live performances of classical, folkloric and traditional Latin American music to Upper Manhattan communities through a series offreeorchestral and chamber music concerts.In partnership with City College Center for the Arts, ADCA has presented four concerts a year since 2009. The concerts showcase performers from Latin America and promote the music of Latin American classical composers that have little chance to be heard in NYC. ADCA supportsThe Washington Heights Community Conservatory of Fine Arts,ADCA Symphony Orchestra, and thechamber ensembleLa Camerata Washington Heights.
