That is the reason I became a Profit Coach.Two years ago I become an accredited Profit First Professional, there are only 20-30 of us in the whole of the UK and just a handful in Scotland.My background is finance, planning and performance within the oil & gas industry. For over 20 years I worked with managers and leaders to help them understand and improve the performance of their business.
