Women In Tech Birmingham will meet up regularly to support, empower, and promote women in the tech industry.It's well known that women are underrepresented in tech:Just 19% of those working in technology in the UK are women.Only 15% of students taking computer science A-level courses are female.Only 5% of leadership roles in the technology sector are held by women.The gender pay gap is 9.6%This needs to change.Women In Tech Birmingham wants to:Support, encourage and inspire each other.
