Hello! I am a goat owner that wants to share my love of goat with everyone! Being around animals provide a stress relief, but especially with goats. T he simple act of petting or interacting with a goat can trigger the release of hormones like serotonin and oxytocin, which are known to promote relaxation and well-being. What better way to unwind than to do yoga and art with goats!
