In its new location, curator Shelly Kwiatkouski fashioned a space where one can participate in the rich beauty of yogic teachings and healing arts programming. Distinctive industrial chic décor blends the warm essence of community and the excitement of higher learning to create the ideal foundation for experiencing the craft of yoga and all its rich traditions.The Classes offered at Horizon House Yoga are designed to help the students integrate the mind, body and spirit which in turn offers physical mobility, strength building, emotional awareness, a sense of calmness and inner-peace. The many flavors of class offerings include Foundation Basics Classes, Slow Flow Classes, Vinyasa Classes, Yin/ Deep Stretch and Meditation. Many students attend several classes per week, allowing themselves to the receive warmth and passion from a team of talented teachers. Healing Arts are taught and practiced through Teacher Training Programs.The programs are designed to train future teachers in the physical practice of yoga, along with breath work, anatomy and movement. The programs are constructed to help teacher trainees understand themselves on a much deeper level, through ancient yogic philosophy and wisdom. Nurturing the soul even more, Horizon House Yoga offers a comprehensive variety of workshops exploring many aspects of the craft of yoga.
