The 852 began as '438! C’est Sympa!'—an international dragon boat team founded in 2006. Our relaunch began as The 852 Dragon Boat Team, uniting paddlers of 20 nationalities who traveled from Hong Kong to compete in Boracay's annual International Dragon Boat Race.Dragon boating is our heartbeat: a sport where ages 12 to 82, able-bodied and adaptive athletes, push forward as one. It unites people who are supportive on land and competitive on water, all while having fun. We maintain an online community, host local events, and field a competitive team for domestic and international races.Join us to lead an active lifestyle with like-minded friends!
