This introductory weekend is the first step for anyone who is interested in finding out more about Tushita Hermitage and the study with the Spiritual Master. After this weekend, you will be able to apply to attend Spiritual Immersion retreats if you wish to.
Over these three days, those who are student practitioners with the Spiritual Master, will talk, show and answer questions about beginning the Art of Self-Responsibility. This is to allow the human nervous system to calm down, relax, feel more at ease in the body. Then it is possible to listen more clearly to the inherent feeling of Love in your body.Awaken the Teacher “inside”
“We all suspect or intuit that the body/mind has a greater capacity, a greater potential to feel full and happy. And far too often, we are not helped, encouraged, instructed to truly understand and feel that the Source of our Greatest Potential is already with us, already in us, already without conditional approval.””
— Master Yanchiji
Some of the points that students will cover could be called a ‘fluid’ general Yogic discipline, such as, Insight awareness meditation, breathing exercises, writing and journaling. Students light intelligent conversations about their life, and their open attitude about the spiritual master and their unfolding practice, can often help to inspire people consider for themselves this great and profound practice.
