Amy, the founder of Sacred Living Wellness and Deep Dive Women's Retreats, is a licensed acupuncturist, guided imagery and mindfulness facilitator who specializes in women's health and empowerment.. She has been working in holistic health since 2006 and became passionate about focusing her career on women's health after the birth of her son. She specializes in mental/emotional health, hormonal health, prenatal/postpartum support, and fertility.She currently has a busy acupuncture practice in Hendersonville and Lake Lure North Carolina. Deep Dive Women's Retreats is filling the gap for women's support by providing a safe place for women to come together and support one another, learn from each other, and reawaken to their own divinity and innate wisdom.
