In just 12 months he turned that into 21 Auckland properties worth $4.5 million dollars that paid him after tax cash flow of over $100,000 a year.By 2017 Ron had accumulated over 30 properties with a market value of over $25 million dollars, producing a cash flow of over $300,000 a year.Ron is passionate about helping people change their lives through property investment, and values family, honesty and integrity.
