**Organizer Bio****Gomni Productions** is the organiser of the **Dundee Cinéma les Auteurs** film festival. We represent the work and projects of **Digital Media Creator Glenn Millar**, who is based in Dundee, Scotland. Glenn is an experienced filmmaker, musician, composer, recording engineer, video-graphic artist, and multimedia software producer. Our organisation has a history of organising community-based productions on a not-for-profit basis, and Glenn Millar serves as the Director of the festival.Our mission for Dundee Cinéma les Auteurs is to provide a **showcase and platform for Dundonian filmmakers and digital content creators**. This is a **free local film festival for all Dundonians**, dedicated to celebrating the incredible talent right here in Dundee and the surrounding area. We aim to embrace a **wide range of genres and styles**, welcoming submissions from feature films to short films, local band music videos, drone video work, and social media clips – believing that inexperience is not a barrier to inclusion. The festival seeks to **support existing filmmakers and inspire the next generation** of observers and storytellers. By providing a clear focus on Dundonian culture, art, and artists, we hope to **redress the imbalance** of Dundee sometimes being seen as a backwater by the wider artistic community.The event is a **3-day showcase** held at **The Vine**, featuring multiple shows per day across 3 viewing screens. Attendees can expect screenings alongside **other entertainment, free refreshments, and networking activities**, including dedicated networking and family-friendly days with various activities. We cover all running expenses, including promotion, to provide this opportunity for the community.
