When RA*W was founded in 2012 there were little to no training programs or mentorships for young talent in the advertising industry. That needed to change. Now, five years later, we can proudly say that this has changed tremendously. As we see new initiatives arise every year we can conclude that the industry is increasingly noticing the importance of talent development.Meanwhile, RA*W has grown into a large community consisting of 3000+ advertising-, design-, pr- and media talents. With constant curiosity, we look at the wonderful and idiotic things that happen in our industry. We frown upon the traditional approach to a business that should be beyond progressive. By now RA*W has turned into the ultimate creative network of the future, with young talents who are very adaptable and who share their experiences while learning from each other's different disciplines.The RA*W board members organise the activities in their spare time alongside their (hectic) day jobs. They continue the dialogue between the RA*W Community and the creative industry.
