KP Projects is a Community Interest Company working with a range of partners & collaborators to create projects which cross a range of agendas - outdoor arts, cycling, sustainability, healthy living, environmental issues – to engage, challenge, inspire & reach the widest audiences.Our work focuses around the environment, sustainability & healthy living, with projects exploring cycling, recycling, awareness of local environments, digital storytelling & new technologies in public spaces.KP Projects is led by Creative Producer and Artistic Director, Karen Poley, who has nearly 25 years experience of creating and producing outdoor arts festivals, events, community engagement projects and performances of all scales.KP is passionate about working outdoors, in usual spaces & taking work into local communities and engaging audiences in new ways.Her current project, The Living Coast Undersea Experience is a virtual reality, graphic work created with digital artist Simon Wilkinson of Circa69. The piece offers the opportunity to explore the Beachy Head West Marine Conservation Zone off the Sussex coast without getting wet and will tour to community venues over the next five years.Other recent work has focused on the bicycle in three main projects,Sussex Blazing SaddlesThe Bicycle Ballet CompanyandreCyculture.
