The Trust was created by the Columbia Association, Inc. to develop and manage the Park in connection with significant redevelopment in Downtown Columbia, Maryland. The Trust seeks to provide to the region an iconic arts and culture park, and everyday recreational opportunities, while preserving green-space at the center of Columbia s Downtown development.
