With a background in mental health, Jess has spent years working with horses to help people heal from trauma and stress-related illness. She is passionate about supporting others to step into their power and live more aligned, joyful lives through holistic practices like Breathwork and embodied movement. Jess integrates Internal Family Systems into her breathwork journeys, offering a powerful and transformative approach to healing that dives deep into the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
