I’m Bridgett DiVohl, I am a board-certified health and wellness coach specializing in longevity and brain health. I have learned ways to feel my best through lifestyle practices like plant-based eating, natural movement, mindfulness, and down-shifting my life( Blue Zones way of finding meaning through simplifying daily life) and my passion is sharing this with others.I own SonderGlow Health Coaching, where I work one-to-one with clients, offering support, encouragement, and accountability around targeted health and wellness goals. I also have a strong passion for building structure in our lives that promotes brain health. After years of caring for my parents with neurological diseases, this is a passion that I feel strongly about sharing with others.Along with SonderGlow, I am proud to be a part of a local initiative to become Blue Zones Certified. This is a project started by Dan Buettner and National Geographic including areas of the world where people live the longest were studied, offering information on ways that we all can strive for health and longevity. My partner, Cynthia Schultz and I are bringing free and low-cost programs (book clubs, cooking workshops, walking groups, etc) that offer education and inspiration on this topic.
