Mark Taylor hails from the great state of North Carolina and has spent most of his life and career in the Triangle area of Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill. Mark’s introduction to the fashion scene occurred in 2019 during North Carolina Fashion Week when he presented ten original designs that qualified him as an emerging designer. The following year, he embraced the opportunity to debut a new collection on the red carpet during the 2020 LA Fashion Week presented by Lumiere Runway.Mark Taylor Designz began as a hobby while Mark designed stylish attire for his wife for special events. He always loved nice clothing and what they represent. He learned how to sew as a youngster. He maintained an eye for fashion, developing his knowledge through various retail positions. He always had a desire to take that to another level. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mark became well-known for producing custom designer masks, receiving orders from customers across the entire United States.In 2014, he married his fashion sense with his passion for helping underserved families by creating a charitable organization Suited-N-Success, Inc. Through this organization, he helps men in transition prepare for job interviews by providing free professional attire. Clients are referred by various community partners. His motto is “you only get one chance to make a first impression”.
