My offerings are always practical, accessible, and deeply rooted in soul nourishment.For over a decade I have immersed myself in the study of somatic practices, ceremonial initiations, anddiverse trainings. With a well-rounded background in everything from ayurveda to craniosacral therapy,medical qigong, yoga, cooking, and reiki, I offer from a rich foundation of modalities andblend these teachings with my own earth-centered approach to living a beautiful life.Having been initiated onto the energy medicine path at an early age, my trainings focus on the power ofwhat’s possible when we integrate all energetic bodies, and invest in activating our creative relationshipto source. I strive to create safe and nurturing containers for others to explore how subtle energeticshifts can impact our material reality and how we show up in the world.My unique approach to the healing arts is inspired by years of nomadic living, mystical study,co-creation, and kitchen alchemy. My work is centered around the art and ritual of guiding others to createsoulful habits that nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Eventually, I hope to cultivate a community ofpowerful mystics, artists, and healers invested in sharing and growing their gifts with each other and theworld.I am trained as an Ayurvedic Councilor, Hatha Yoga and Elemental Qigong Teacher, Reiki Master,Craniosacral Therapist, Folk Herbalist, and Kitchen Witch.
