As a therapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, self-esteem, and relationships, I am passionate about providing mental health education to fellow providers and individuals across the board. Maybe you're feeling stuck with a client and deeply want to provide them the best care possible. Or maybe you're interested in mental health and want to break down stigmas! My goal is to decrease stereotypes, provide valuable, life-saving knowledge, and help individuals receive, and clinicians provide, accurate diagnoses, effective treatment, and compassionate care. When not doing therapisty things, I enjoy walks with my dogs, Hallmark movies, and reading fast-paced novels.I provide counseling to individuals aged 20+ all throughout Washington state via telehealth.
