I hold regular group evening sessions locally in Stratford Upon Avon, as well as one-to-one sessions for individuals or couples all designed for slowing down and chilling out….whether that’s a sound bath, guided nidra meditation (using sound and voice) or resting your mind with the sound of the frequency tubes. If you’ve never tried a Nidra meditation it is an amazing technique to calm a busy mind, especially if you struggle to step away from your work at the end of the day (or week!) perhaps lying awake at night tossing and turning thinking about the things you need to do or replaying in your head ‘all that stuff’ from your day. No experience necessary and suitable for everyone…just turn up and make yourself comfortable on your mat! I also teach Reiki and Touch for Health Kinesiology.
