Hello, we are Larisa Zilenkov and Silvana Cannavo, both Registered Psychologists and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitators and together we founded Embodied Connection - Psychology and Yoga. We are passionate about providing safe and supportive TSY sessions that focus on enhancing interoception and the body-mind connection. The sessions involve a combination of various practices including; mindful movement, grounding and breath awareness, expressive art activities and opportunities for self-learning, self-understanding and ultimately self/nervous system regulation.
