At Lincoln Youth Lacrosse, we’re dedicated to growing the game of lacrosse and providing young athletes with opportunities to develop skills, build confidence, and experience the camaraderie of being part of a team. Whether your child is new to the sport or has previous experience, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels.Regular Season.Our spring season runs from March through the end of May, featuring practices three times a week to maximize skill development and team camaraderie. Practices are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings, at various locations in Lincoln, including the Lincoln Sports Foundation (LSF) fields at 7600 N 70th St.League games take place on Sundays at the state-of-the-art Nebraska Multisport Complex in LaVista, NE. Additionally, we strive to schedule extra games during the season, with potential matchups against teams in Kansas City, Waukee, Sioux Falls, or Sioux City. These opportunities allow our players to challenge themselves and grow through diverse competition.Fall Season.Our fall season focuses on skill development and keeping players engaged in the game. Practices are held once a week on Saturdays, with 1-2 weekends of gameplay scheduled against other clubs. This off-season program provides a chance for players to refine their abilities and stay connected with their teammates.Rental Gear Program.We believe lacrosse should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer a rental gear program, allowing players to experience the game without the upfront cost of purchasing equipment. Rental gear is available for a deposit and fee, with the deposit refunded upon return of the equipment in full.Certified Coaching Staff.All of our coaches are certified and background-checked through USA Lacrosse, ensuring a safe, knowledgeable, and supportive environment for every player.Join us at Lincoln Youth Lacrosse to experience the fastest-growing sport in America and become part of a thriving lacrosse community.
