ABOUT MEHi, I am Maya Dattani. As a previous sufferer of anxiety and depression, I know that sometimes things can get overwhelming and you don’t know where to turn.This was me 12 years ago when I was going through a divorce. This is when I came across Kundalini yoga. It changed my life, forever. I was able to find a sense of peace and direction.Kundalini yoga helped me so much that I changed my career. I trained with Star Child Yoga and began teaching yoga in schools and later trained as a Kundalini yoga teacher with the International School of Sacred Teachings - Ik Saran Dhian. This has been a huge transformation in my life.I have worked in health clubs, corporate venues, schools, private classes and one to ones as well as events such as The Mind Body Spirit Show at the NEC and Olympia.
