We Facilitate MBSR 8 weeks course, Mindful Living 6 weeks course, and Mindful Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga Classes. A special programme to help expectant and New Parents is available to prepare their minds through the 9 Module course "Mindful Mamas and Papas".
