Jennifer Djan-Krofa is an experienced Consultant with a diverse background in Education, Project Management, Events and Diaspora Relations having lived and worked in the UK, Canada, and Ghana. With over 20 years of expertise in educational projects and youth initiatives, her career includes leading significant ventures across Ghana, South Africa, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, Togo, Benin, Rwanda, The USA, Europe, and the UK. Her focus spans Charity, International Development, Education, Events, and Project Management. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems and an MA in Education, Gender, and International Development, along with various professional qualifications.Jennifer’s deep commitment to community development and education saw her taking on a leadership role as the former Vice-Chair of the GUBA (Grow Unite Build Africa) Enterprise in the UK. Since 2013, she has been a driving force behind key GUBA projects such as the GUBA Trade Expo, GUBA Careers, GUBA Awards, GUBA Cards, and the GUBA Foundation, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and impact.In 2021, Jennifer relocated to Ghana to further her mission of fostering connections and opportunities within the diaspora community. She played a pivotal role in leading and building the GUBA Diaspora Network, supporting individuals in connecting, transitioning, doing business, and investing in Ghana.Passionate about education, community initiatives, and social impact, Jennifer is dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for all, regardless of race, ability, religion, or social status.
